Matte black nails with striping tape.
I literally spent 2 hours on these nails. Striping tape requires patience and precision. Definitely do no attempt if you’re cranky, haha. You’ll end up super angry.
Nail Art Challenge #15: Inspired by a Tutorial
Sooo, decided to try and duplicate the mastery of Candice (AKA Mrcandiipants).I seriously love all of her nail art. I’m actually pretty happy with how these turned out. This is my right hand… which is weird, because I’m right handed. Odd. Anyway, here’s the tutorial: http://mrcandiipants.tumblr.com/post/30595121791

Nail Art Challenge #13/14: Browns/Metallics
I was lazy and decided to combine these two challenges. Yeah. Not much to say.
China Glaze Dress Me Up
Nail Art Challenge #11: Inspired by Color
This blue polished reminded me of a sky, so I painted some clouds on it. I also mixed some of it with white to make a lighter blue for a gradient, but it’s very subtle.
Revlon Coastal Surf
Sally Hanson Hard as Nails White Tip
Nail Art Challenge # 10: Mustache Nails
In case you guys don’t know, I’m obsessed with mustaches. Cartoon ones, that is. I do appreciate a sweet ‘stache when I see one, though. Naturally, I was really excited to do this challenge. Over my middle and index fingers I put a shimmery/frosty topcoat. I left my pinky blank, because I really like the color alone, too. I jacked the corner of my thumb, but oh welll.
Pink Base: Ulta Heir-head
Shimmer Coat: Ulta Diva
Black: Sally Hanson Xtreme Wear Blackout
Friday Night Football
I did these nails last week for the football game at my high school. Go Rebels! (We creamed the other team, by the way)
Nail Art Challenge #9: French Tip Variant
This is my variation of a French tip. It’s kind of a more modern, abstract take on it.
